C.U.A. is born with the purpose of respecting the principles of all of its activities, and at the same time it is a respond to facilitate the best service to all its clients. It is key to act in the most professional and specialize way when underwriting risks of General Liability (General, Professional and D&O), Commercial and Industrial aspect, for those brokers that value quality policies to offer their clients, who are looking for a dynamic answer to their needs, and at the same time wishing for and efficient services in the claims handling.

This is the current business world, where CUA has the capacity of producing specific products to meet our clients’ needs. (THE BROKERS).

The access to the most innovative and sophisticated solutions which the insurance markets allows, as each day it becomes more globalized, we offer under multiple possibilities through the Free Service of Establishments (Libre Prestacion de Servicios), in our case those granted to us by certain syndicate of Lloyds of London.

DIFERENCIATION
C.U.A. S.A. stands out from its competitors in the national market, as we have designed a wide range of specialized products as consequence of the hard worked and experience provided by the members of CUA.

The members have played a key part in the development of the products, as they submitted these to certain syndicates of Lloyd´s seeking for their approval. They were very pleased with the proposal and as a result the founders earned their trust and respect. In effect the products were commercialized in Spain.

We haven’t actually created anything new; we only try to offer quality service for those brokers that occasionally may not have a correct answer from the market.
